As a busy mum of 2 I understand frustration of feeling like you are constantly on a diet and not knowing which advice to believe. My mission is simple: give my clients the wellness and nutrition education, tools and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures. It's time to think of nutrition and health as more than your weight.

I've worked with Rachel for around a year now and have made great progress with my weight but also with my relationship with food.
